▹ Section i. image copyrighT ◃

I, the artist, retain complete and exclusive rights to the original work. The customer may not claim ownership or use it for any purpose other than personal usage.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial use exclusively unless ordered with commercial use rights. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed items or to promote goods, services, or social media sites is banned. If you have any questions regarding this, please ask me before you commission me.

▹ Conditions for repostinG ◃

the client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my deviantart or twitter page) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

▹ Prohibited actionS ◃

claiming the artwork as your own.turning the artwork into an nft.if these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.using the artwork for ai replication.

▹Section ii. payment informatioN◃

for commissions under 50$, it is required for the client to send the payment upfront.for commissions 50$ and over. 50% of the total price has to be paid upfront. the other 50% is paid after the commission is complete and the client agrees it's done properly.i accept payment in usd. all payments will be received via paypal or kofi.you will be given 24 hours to pay. non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled.it is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. sometimes a payment will not fall through and i won't know about it. if you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and i know i absolutely haven't received the payment - then the 24 hour payment term applies to you.

my commissions are non-refundable, unless work on the commission has not begun.

▹Section iii. contact and communicatioN◃

discussion of commissions can be conducted via email, discord dms or twitter dms.

▹ Visual reference guidelineS ◃

client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information i may need to know to correctly draw the character.if you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, i cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.

▹ NDA agreemenT ◃

an nda agreement will cost an additional 20% of the price of the commission.under the nda, i will not post any w.i.p (works in progress) or publicly reveal any information
about the commission during it's work.i retain the right to be able to freely post any work i have made related to the commission 3 months following the work’s completion. i also retain the right to add the finished product to my portfolio.it is required to credit me even if the product is revealed by the client before the 3 months time limit.

▹Section iv. will/won't draW◃

if the client want the commission to be private.
i will not post the work in progress or stream my progress on the commission.private commissions will have a +20% fee.

the section below is a general guideline for what i will or will not draw. please keep my art style in mind when ordering; my forte is semi realistic anime character illustrations and futuristic graphic designs. things outside my comfort zone might not be as high of quality as something i am used to doing.

▹Section v. workflow procesS◃

i work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. i am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.estimated date to completion. if there are any delays in completion of a commission, i will personally notify the customer.completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 3 weeks.
works in progress (wips): progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed. i will regularly update the client when moving from one stage to another or after i've made any big changes on the commission.revisions and edits: any major changes or revisions must be made at the sketch stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, or redrawing parts of the image.
after the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. if the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.if i, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, i will make these edits at no additional cost.if you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.

▹ Commercial use licensE ◃

streaming overlays commissions are free for commercial use as the fee is already included in the base price. the client may not use the commissioned work for no reselling of the work or work files itself, such as reproduction, redistribution activity, “nft” or “non fungible token” transactions or advertising “nfts” or “non fungible tokens” or any other crypto-currency related activities.

▹ Animated overlayS ◃

I currently do not provide services for animated overlays. if the client want to commission someone else to animate my overlay, they must specify before the commission starts so that i can plan layers accordingly. if the client were to forget, there will be a small extra inconvenience fee applied.
